I have completed several online courses from different universities, such as "The Science of Well-Being," "Successful Presentation," "Business Writing," "The Foundation of Online Teaching," "Healthcare Delivery Providers," and "Graphic Design." Each course has helped me gain new knowledge and become more versatile.










I hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration in Health Management from the Red Sea University, which has provided me with a strong foundation in leadership and organizational management. Alongside this, I have completed leadership courses from the TELLAL Institute in Dubai, earning certifications that demonstrate my commitment to personal and professional growth. These courses have enhanced my leadership skills and deepened my understanding of my role as an educator and leader. I completed the "Leaders of Learning" course from Harvard University, which expanded my knowledge of diverse learning models and their alignment with organizational objectives. This course strengthened my leadership abilities by providing tools to promote growth, make informed decisions based on data, and encourage ongoing improvement, all of which support cultivating a culture of innovation in education.
Additionally, the "Train the Trainer" course from TELLAL Institute in Dubai was a transformative experience, equipping me with the skills and knowledge necessary to design and deliver effective training sessions. This certification has officially qualified me to lead training across the educational system, allowing me to share insights, mentor colleagues, and contribute to professional growth within the education sector. It underscores my commitment to fostering a culture of learning and collaboration among educators.



The expertise I have gained through various professional development sessions and workshops, particularly in leadership, has had a profound impact on my career progression and professional recognition. The insights and skills acquired have strengthened my ability to lead with vision, implement strategic initiatives, and foster collaborative environments. This foundation of leadership knowledge led to my appointment as the Head of the High School Science Department at GEMS, where I successfully guided the department for two years. Additionally, it facilitated my promotion to the role of Assessment Lead at ATS, alongside my responsibilities as the coordinator for multiple committees. Being nominated once more reflects my sustained passion, determination, and ongoing efforts to make a positive and lasting contribution to the educational community.

As part of the global MIEE community, I am dedicated to collaborating, sharing best practices, and contributing to the advancement of meaningful, future-ready education.

After learning about various AI websites, programs, and platforms, as well as exploring innovative approaches, my teaching techniques have transformed significantly. I started embedding these tools into my lessons, such as interactive AI-powered platforms, personalized learning programs, and creative applications that make complex concepts more accessible. These technologies have allowed me to create engaging and interactive learning experiences tailored to my students' needs and interests. My students now enjoy lessons that are more dynamic, hands-on, and relevant to their world, sparking their curiosity and encouraging them to think critically. The result has been a noticeable improvement in their understanding, participation, and overall enjoyment of the learning process, showcasing the powerful impact of combining AI and innovation with education.

In my class, I use Curipod to make fun lessons with quizzes and activities to keep students engaged. I also use CoPilot to help with planning, ideas, and saving time on tasks.










In my biology class, I occasionally use AI tools to enhance teaching and learning. For instance, I sometimes use Roshi AI to provide quick feedback and personalize learning with tailored resources for students. Teacherbot helps me answer questions, explain concepts, and reinforce lessons when needed. I also occasionally use Tome to create engaging presentations that simplify complex topics and make them more interesting. While I don't use these tools regularly, they are valuable in improving interaction, saving time, and keeping students engaged when I do.








I enjoy delivering many workshops at my school and across the entire system because I believe that the knowledge I have gained is valuable and should be shared with my colleagues. Completing courses like the "Train the Trainers" course and "Developing Teacher Development Program" has given me the skills and confidence to take charge of training initiatives, helping others grow and improve just like me in their teaching practices.




I have conducted many professional development sessions (PDs) both online and in person, covering a variety of topics to support teachers’ growth. These sessions include:-

One of the professional development sessions I conducted for different departments in GEMS focused on Mind Mapping. In this session, I introduced mind mapping as a powerful tool to organize ideas, simplify complex concepts, and boost student engagement. My colleagues found it highly beneficial as it provided a visual approach to structuring lessons and encouraging creative thinking.

I have conducted several professional development sessions at the system level in IAT TECH for four consecutive years, focusing on impactful strategies to enhance teaching and learning. These sessions include "Transforming Learning Through Flipaclip and Popplet," where I introduced creative digital tools to boost student engagement; "EQ vs IQ," which emphasized the vital role of emotional intelligence in education; "The True Sign of AI in Education," a workshop exploring the evolving influence of artificial intelligence in modern classrooms; and "Storyboarding Science Experiments," a hands-on session designed to help teachers guide students in visualizing scientific concepts through structured storytelling techniques.

One of my system-level workshops at GEMS was about "Creativity and Thinking Leadership." In this session, I focused on how creativity can be used as a powerful tool in leadership. The workshop provided strategies for promoting creative thinking among educators and students, encouraging innovative approaches to problem-solving and decision-making. The goal was to inspire a culture of creativity that improves teaching practices and supports continuous growth across the system.

The IAT TECH (Technological Education Conference) brings together educators, researchers, and industry experts to explore how technology can be used in education. It features workshops, presentations, and discussions on using new technologies in teaching and learning. The event allows for sharing ideas, networking, and introducing new educational tools and methods. I was a presenter at this conference for four years.
